Mud boat-back-on ramp unitized for maximum stability. ● 150 ton block with 150 ton hook, strung with 8 lines, 1 1/8 ELPS drill line. 150 ton swivel with Foster Kelly spinner type 77. 5 ¼ hex Kelly with Varco square drive bushings. Hydraulic pipe spinners from 3 ½ – 5 ½. ● 17 ½” opening with split bushing drawworks driven 350,000 load capacity. ● Two (2) Gardner Denver PZ-9 (1000 HP) Belt Driven Pumps. Powered by CAT 3508 Engines with Electric Powered Radiators. ● Two (2) tanks 750 barrel capacity with two Derrick Hyperpool shale shakers, an SE-12 Brandt desilter, and a Brandt DG-5 degasser and 5, 10 HP Agitators. Two centrifugals for mixing and third centrifugal for operating the degasser/desilter. Mud ditch included from shaker to pill tank. ● Two (2) Caterpillar 350 KW, SR4 Gensets powered by 3406 Caterpillar Engines. Cutler Hammer MCC for controls.
