The following are the terms and conditions and commission policy for listing your equipment for sale with PetroRigs.com. Please read carefully and sign to acknowledge your acceptance of our terms and conditions and commission policy!

PROOF OF OWNERSHIP: By listing your Equipment for Sale on our website, you represent that you own such equipment and/or have exclusive rights to sell that equipment, if you have exclusive rights to sell/offer said equipment, that proof of such must be submitted to PetroRigs.com in advance, No third party representations will be authorized. You further express that any Equipment you are listing is free of any liens, encumbrances, taxes, or otherwise, that might mislead any prospective buyer, and you further agree that you have fully disclosed all pertinent information relative to any prospective buyer to make an informed decision. You further represent all equipment as either New, Surplus New, Refurbished, or in Used Good Condition, and that you understand that PetroRigs.com may remove any equipment that does not meet these qualifications, and you understand it will be at the sole discretion of PetroRigs.com. *

I have read and accept that I personally own or my Company owns the equipment that I have listed on PetroRigs.com. I understand that I may have to provide further proof of ownership or exclusive marketing rights to PetroRigs.com prior to my equipment being accepted. I further understand that if PetroRigs.com has other parties that list the same equipment and I do not own that equipment that my account will be suspended and I will no longer be able to use the PetroRigs.com Platform.

It is Required that you Check and Accept our Proof of Equipment Ownership, otherwise you will NOT be allowed to list your equipment on our site

COMMISSION POLICY: By listing your equipment on our website, whether by email, web-forms, or online submission, you are agreeing to our commission policy and fully understand that should PetroRigs.com in fact deliver a buyer for your equipment and they end up purchasing, that you will be bound to the following commission rate on the final sales price of your equipment: a 8% Commission fee shall be calculated on the Final sales price. Final sales price shale be the price paid to Seller from the Buyer, excluding shipping/trucking, and excluding sales tax/s. Commission payment will be due and payable to PetroRigs.com parent company upon Seller’s receipt of funds and Seller agrees to immediately notify PetroRigs.com upon receipt of funds. Commission fees will be in United States Dollars. Commission fee shall be payable to PetroRigs.com parent company via wire transfer to our bank account (full banking information will provided via invoice to you). *

EQUIPMENT PRICING POLICY: Seller agrees to provide PetroRigs.com their pricing on all equipment Seller lists on PetroRigs.com website. Seller further agrees not to list their equipment on any other website, social media platform, email campaign, or any print publications at a lower price point: Seller may list or publicize their equipment elsewhere, but any published pricing will be the same as the pricing offered to PetroRigs.com users/buyers. *
