This is a separate retrievable unit housed inside the Framo Single Station (FSS). The intervention of MPP is performed by a RT (Running Tool), which has a ROV-operated interface connector for locking on to the MPP. The MPP has a ROV panel where all ROV interfaces are found. Rebuilt in 2014
1. Motor Details
The MPP is an integrated system where the pump and motor are built together to form a single pressure container. The motor is an oil filled, medium speed, high voltage electric induction motor. The rotor is supported on hydrodynamic tilt pad bearings, both in radial and axial direction. The motors rated shaft power is 1800 kW, rated voltage is 6.6 kV.

3 4 x 10kV receptacles c/w 20m of 150mm2 cable (for connection to umbilical) – Located in Norway

5 MPP Running Tool Transportation Skid – Located in Perth, Western Australia
